The drive through is useless. Was told to wait at the parking area of which there was no parking after waiting almost 10 mins for parking we waited another 10 mins and finally got out the car to go and collect it in store. Received no apology for the long wait. Nx

Yoh guys I dont know what is going on. This is now the 3rd or 4th time ordering where the food is SALTY!!!! And I dont mean like in a one month period. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now. Soulfire Spicy chicken SALTY!!. Normal original chicken is the worse when it comes to the SALT. Even the normal Big John burger is double salty with it's two patty's. This is now as I said the 3rd or 4th time across the board with different foods that the salt is overwhelming in the food. Either than that nothing else is worth complaining about because the salt issue trumps the other problems at this stage, especially if you just spent a lifetime in the drive through line only to sink your teeth in to a meal that is salty. That is disappointing

Chicken licken is positioned in a vicinity with narrow entrance and limited parking. We are compelled to cause obstruction to traffic when going through the drive through. The queue management is so slowly.Management should consider a better way to improve time spend on the queue as it impedes traffic

Prices not bad. Very busy however with people standing right on each other as space in the shop is limited. Not for a quick takeout. But the food was gokd and worth the wait.
