Pharmacy at spar Hercules
Do they have anybody answering the phone lines? Tried to call them repeatedly and the call gets shut of instantly. I find this rude and very unhelpfull since if your sick and trying to get infomation without leaving the house you'd think 'hey they have a phone number , they would answer it, right'

Nice big pharmacy very conveniently situated BUT the personnel is the reason for only 2 stars. The blond working at the dispensary is very unfriendly. Whenever you ask to take something on your OTC benefit, it seems you asked her to pay for it. The lady working at the till is also a thorn in the flesh. When I swipe for a small amount, she must always comment on it. If I don't have cash, then I don't have cash. No need for you to ask if I'm going to swipe for only R11!!! Yes, I am going to swipe for only R11! Sort out these issues and this could be a 5 star pharmacy!
