Should be an option for no stars. Their customer service is terrible, left hanging on the line for 20 mins, no reply to emails and when you get speak to someone they are so quick to cut you off! I requested a quote last month - no where stated that they would be closing in the second week of December. I was told I needed 2 lead time. Today, after no replies to my emails Clive says he will pick the ball up from where Farhana dropped it. Farhana calls back and say they can help me in Jan...Christmas frames for January? Great
