Great hair salon. Every person that walks out looks unbelievably happy. The atmosphere inside the salon is nice, relaxing and the people that work there are all, always friendly :)

I am an old Carlton client. I thought I'll try something new. Last week Wednesday, I walked into the salon. I wasn't greeted properly. The receptionist (girl with the ear ring in her lower lip) greets me, I start talking then all of a sudden she's on a call. There were 2 other people helping or trying to help me with pricing. How does one need 2 people to give you the price of full set of highlights, cut and blow. And they sounded as if they're not sure about the price.I was extremely disappointed. I will never go to this salon and won't recommended it to anyone but will share my experience to the world.Advice to the salon owner: Train your staff. Customer service is of utmost importance in your industry.

Had my hair cut buy some person called daniel. Worst quality & worst experience.Will never return, avoid at all costs.

Thank you Sean for the most exceptional balayage. I recently moved to Pretoria from Cape Town and desperately needed to find someone to colour my hair. I heard glowing reviews about Sean and the result is better than I imagined. Officially found my new hairstylist.

I went to Swept for the first time today and had a shocking experience. I waited 20 minutes before someone started applying colour to my hair as they are short-staffed. I had been there for 2 hours by the time they’d finished washing my hair and had to leave without having my haircut as I had another appointment to get to. To add insult they charged me R950 for a colour I’m not even happy with, not priced to everyone’s pocket!

I arrived late after trying to call 5 times. Stylist (Bryan) was super rude and asked me to wait a further 10mins because I was late. Didn't try to find any solution and told me to leave because I couldn't wait - service here has completely fallen off

I couldn't be happier with my balayage, cut and blow by Sean! I was an anxious first time client, but am now certain I have found my new hairdresser. Sean really listened to what I wanted and got it absolutely spot on. I thought his pricing was excellent too. In addition, I was incredibly impressed with the COVID-19 precautions taken. Overall, an awesome experience. Thank you Sean and Swept Team - I definitely recommend!

Great place! Been going there since they opened. Amazing service, great and very knowledgeable staff. Can be very busy sometimes, having to book a couple weeks in advance (depending when and who is cutting your hair).
