Not happy at all. Im a patient person. But if no one answers you and you send emails im not happy. I made an immediate payment to get the prosess going quick. I can wait for you to send stuff. This is now the 6th business day. Still no responce. I will not buy anything from you again. People order things to get it send asap. I will not recieve the thing i have ordered before the weekend i needed this last week already. Dont ADVERTISE THINGS YOU DONT STOCK AND YOU CANT ANSWER AN EMAILS ASKING INFO ON WHEN IT MIGHT BE SEND OFF. I asked about the product got a responce you do not stock it but your suppliers have stock. Okay fine with that. Got told go ahead and order. But i did order then already. If someone advertise something it means they have it. Not have to run around looking for stock.

I bought a product from Futurama, I ordered a specific color to which after paying I was told I would have to wait 2 months in order to get the product I wanted. They offered no means to refund me only to guilt trip me into taking the product that they had. 2 weeks later after receiving my product it cracked and broke to which they have laid me off saying that there isn't anything that they can do for a product that cost over R800 not warding for a compromise or reimbursement I have no words for their horrible customer service.

I have been dealing with a gentleman named Mathew online. I placed an order and up to now he has been very helpful and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend Futurama as a legitimate and professional company to dea with.

I have purchased a microscope camera and I am very happy with Futurama. The purchased item was received in a very good condition, and it was the one I looked for. The tracking system is very update, and I have received my parcel on time. Their communication after purchasing also was a good point to me, as they take care of their customers. I would strongly recommend FUTURAMA to everybody.

It isn't then things go smoothly that a company shows its true colors it is when there is a hick up when their true colors come to the for. I look forward to receiving my product purchased, I am confident that I will not be disappointed in the quality of the product due to the initial experience I've enjoyed up till now.

Awesome, couldn't have been better. Shout out for Futurama and Courier Guy. I ordered about 10am Tuesday and received the parcel about 8am Wednesday. My binoculars cost about 80% of what a local store was charging, although they needed to order in (no stock). I was very impressed. Purchasing process was slick and painless, thanks Futurama. I feel sympathy for bricks and mortar establishments, but they need to adapt pricing policy when they don't keep stock.
