Terrible Service. And Unfriendly staff. All are on their cellphones and no urgency to assist. They were acting difficult to even give my parcel and eventually gave it. Will never deal with them again.

Received really Bad service today from front staff. They on their cellphones and chit chatting and refused to give our parcel yet we gave all the relevant information. They have a bad attitude and the man and lady were arguing with a bad attitudeI wouldn't recommend anyone to use their servicesDismal!!! Farramere Benoni Postnet is way better with great service and friendly staff
