Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service, I paid a deposit for a very beautiful red maxi dress, when I came back to collect it 2 days later, I found the wrong dress put away for me, they couldn't find my size anywhere else. So I asked for a refund. It took forever for them to reimburse me. But the dresses are gorgeous though.

Great initiative, selling beautiful fashion in african prints, teaching people a trade and investing in this neighborhood. What a fantastic combination , joburg needs more entrepreneurs like this.

Went to their store in JHB CBD to go buy a dress. Needed some alterations done as the seam was poorly done. I paid for the dress and courier.What got delivered was definitely not the dress I saw at the store. It was of poor quality and way bigger than the one I had chosen. So clearly no alterations were done and this was a wrong dress.Told the lady and hse confirmed the orders were mixed up. Every week she tells me she will be sending me my new dress only for me to follow up on a Friday just to get an apology and a promise for delivery. This back n forth has been happening for over a month and STILL getting empty promises and the runaround. I actually want a refund.

I am quite disappointed with the service that I got from this store. Their lack of professionalism is appalling . I bought a dress from them which needed some alterations. Initially, the lady (Gracia) who helped me was helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was informed after 5 working days my dress would be ready. However, driving all the way from Midrand after 6 working days I went to check on the dress and it was not ready. The STORE MANAGER said he doesn't know anything about my dress and the lady who helped me should've done a fellow up. I don't know how that's any of my business because they are supposed to be working as a team and have an effective system of communication. The store manager told me he would give me an update. Regardless, I did not get any update. I had to drive again the following morning to collect the dress and it was not ready. Being told that they had to fetch it from the warehouse, I gave them 2 hours to do so. Upon my arrival again, the store assistant told me I have to go with her to the warehouse to get the dress. When I got to the warehouse, the dress was still not altered. The guy doing the alterations told me he did not get a brief from the store on what alterations they need to do. I disappointedly had to go back to the store to ask for a refund because my dress was not altered and could not wear it for the planned occasion as I needed it for a wedding the following day. They fussed about giving me a refund and the same lady who helped get the dress informed me they don't have money in their till would send it into my bank account. It's been 10 days now and I still haven't received my refund and my messages inquiring about this refund are being ignored. Doing business with this store was unpleasant and the way I was treated is unethical and don't think I'd want to buy clothes from this store again.
