Average very average. Over adminstrated...paperwork never ends and that for a card purchase. Even wanted my vehicle registation nr lol.

It's not often I rate a company as five star but let me tell you the go to man there is Daniel, he asked questions, listens to your preferences and gives honest knowledgeable advice.We needed a double bed for the spare room that would not be slept on except for a few times a year when our daughters visit with their husbands. With this info and the hight and weight of likely sleepers, Daniel showed us various options that made a lot of sense.We had our bed delivered today by a friendly well dressed delivery team who were well spoken and not only carried our purchases a distance and some stairs but even offered to unwrap and set everything up for us as well.Hope you find this review helpful.

Received excellent customer service from entering the shop, all products was explained in detail by a salesman named Daniel, pricing is excellent, will definitely spread the news and go back to shop again.

Great service, bought a bunk bed, one problem though, they failed to give me half the material so i had to drive from Grotto Bay to fetch the rest.

Closing time doesn't match the one displayed on line. Wasted my bloody time
