The scenery of the lodge is very pleasing and gives you a feeling of calmness. The food was also very good. We held our AGM here in 2018 and I enjoyed it. The owner and staff was very friendly as well

The customer care not so good, but the office lady and the one doing laundry are very good with people. The others are more concerned about telling you there are no visitors allowed, from there you get monitored like a small baby. In times of load shedding at night there are no alternative you got left in the dark. I'm never ever going back there.

Had a great stay. Comfortable, awesome staff, spacious and excellent attention to detail. Specializes in Corporate Travelers, and it has several special rates and packages available for Corporate Accounts and regular visitors. The pool area is a life-saver in the Phalaborwa heat, as is the Air-conditioners and Fans in all rooms. Several BBQ areas and an outdoor kitchen area allows for semi-self-catering activities as well.Easy to find, and close to everything we wanted to visit in Phalaborwa. Special word of thanks to Mable who checked us in, showed us around, and attended to us during breakfasts.
