I was referred to Elite for advice on a pool heat pump. Paul was most helpful and then suggested a bigger heat pump so that last year we used the pool till June, and expect to do the same again this year. Paul advised on the installation that saved considerable cost. He also suggested additional weather protection as we are very close to the ocean. A very professional job and a we are very happy customers.

Paul and his team were awesome, from first call to installation of our solar heating was a very professional experience.

Paul from Elite Pools replaced our pool pump and cleaned / serviced our pool just over a year ago. The pump supposedly came with a 2 year warranty.The pump stopped working 2 months ago. I contacted Paul - he collected the pump and attempted to sort it out with the supplier. I followed up regularly, each time the response was that he was sorting it out. About a month ago, his team brought the ‘repaired’ pump back. It was running when they left but wouldn’t restart on the first attempt.Paul’s team collected again, and we went back to constant chasing for an update. I’d have appreciated better communication and updates through this process.Eventually, I was told that the pump can’t be repaired and it’s my fault because the pump has debris in it. I don’t agree with this - nothing had changed since the original installation. I’m most annoyed that this dragged on for 2 months and we haven’t been able to use the pool in the peak of summer. I’ve now had to replace and install a new pump.The whole affair has been unpleasant and costly. Sorry Paul, but I wouldn’t recommend your service to others.

If I could give a negative star, I would have! Elite Pools installed a pool cleaner that does not work at all. The cleaner does not come on by itself when it is supposed to, when the timer or electricity comes on (load shedding) although the pump comes on fine. They just come out and get it working by backwashing repeatedly. They expect me to also do this, which I do, but sometimes even this does not work. I have never heard of a pool cleaner where one needs to do this! I requested the cleaner to be removed and my money paid back, but they flatly refuse to do this. This is the worst service I ever had from anybody! I definitely do not recommend that anybody uses them ever!
