Fantastic customer service from Dean, once again. We bought a Gentech inverter generator a few months ago. It would not start due to a low battery issue. We called Dean and he helped us out - on a Friday afternoon on 23 December!

Service throughout was excellent from Brandroid & Dean!I was looking for a Generator for home to mitigate the effects of load shedding. Prior to Purchase after much searching of the web and visiting various name brand stores with no luck and without any Info on generators to suit my requirements. It works very well as a backup on rainy days for off-grid Sunsynk inverter systems to supply the load and charge the batteries.
