What an amazing dojo!! Both my kids are part of the dojo. Shihan Russel is a great teacher who is committed and dedicates his time to his students. He is passionate about helping them to excel.They offer a ladies self defence class as well and it is the best thing I have done in years.. besides the fun, we can see visible results in our fitness levels and we feel more confident to be able to protect ourselves should the need ever arise.

We train with the best... Both my children train with Shihan Russell Sim at this dojo. He has helped them develop in so many ways! My daughter only started doing karate at 13 and someone else told her that she is not good enough for competitions. This Sensei (Shihan) took her from not good enough" to winning medals at the South African Nationals for All Styles..."
