Lovely place to stay in Kamieskroon, close to the N7, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Close proximity to what you need and right next to a road/ trail up into the Kamiesberg pass

We were welcomed warmly at around 19:00 although we didn't book in advance. We were quickly shown an available camp site and was still able to set up before dark! The bathrooms are very neat and spacious. The availability of a washing machine os an added bonus when for long periods on the road. The campsites has separations but when fully booked one will not have real privacy. The pressure pump which switches on at any time is also disturbing in the otherwise peaceful quietness.

This is really one of the best campsites I have ever been. Everything is in good condition and absolutely clean. The owners are so friendly and helpful. WiFi available and also a washing machine. And all of that for a very good price. Will come back.

The rooms are neat and very spacious. You can order breakfast but do do before arrival as the suppliers are very far from the lodge.

Well appointed and maintained accommodation in Kamieskroon. We used the camping, and was impressed by the facilities. Each camp site has its own under cover braai area with small basin and electricity connections (that came in very handy both as cover for the rain and August wind!). The ablution facilities are clean, modern and roomy. Management were very friendly and efficient. Our dogs had a blast with the fully enclosed, protected camp grounds.

Was very appreciative and impressed that they were willing to accommodate us on very short notice on Christmas Day on a campsite. Fantastic facilities and friendly welcome, we will recommend for everyone to stay there

Really nice place. The owner puts in a lot of effort to make sure you have all you need. The bathrooms are very clean and tidy. It is the perfect stop over spot for a long trip. The cats in the are do cause a lot of problems though so do not throw anything food-like in thr bins and put your braai utensils etc in the car. The kept us up half thr night.

Really enjoyed the stay there. Pricing was not only reasonable but realistic. Room well equipped and there is a small shop on site with basics and essentialls for your braai under the stars. I saw some campers there which the Lodge easily accommodated.

Lovely venue, beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. An excellent venue to stay over for travellers and camping alike. Had dinner at The Kliphuis restaurant across the road. It is small and service a bit slow but the food and the venue was excellent.
