Axolile from customer care was super efficient and so polite! Managed to find my item in Fourways mall after searching throughout SA! The online customer service on the other hand was horrendous...the staff there need to be way more empathetic!

Woolworths online customer service has become non existent!!Extremely poor service from a once excellent company. I guess they don't need customers!!

I find it most unprofessional, when a huge conglomerate such as Woolworths sends me a sms meant for a client Mr X to notify him that his account has been handed over to collection attorneys due to non payment. I've had my cell number for the best part of 8 yrs, so this was obviously as mistake. However, Mr X could well have been my neighbour and now I am privy to his business.I hope that this issue will be dealt with and rectified. Oh b t w I have never had an account with Woollies so the error should have been picked up in their office.

I would give a zero if I could. I paid money incorrectly into my mother's account and they refuse point blank to give it back to me. They have NO IDEA what customer service is and a month later still NO ONE has bothered to get back to me

The supposed retailer for sophisticated consumers don't have 'real' mayonnaise for sale!? Just 'tangy' and sweet mayonnaise. You need to connect with your clients again

If I could give this no starts I would! I ordered foundation and nail polish exactly today one month ago. The customer service is terrible, I asked reagrfing my delivery on the 12th and the next day they I have been advised I have been advised that my parcel has been given to some stranger with the name Nicholas. On that day I have expressed I do not know the person. I looked in my complex and nobody knew him since that day untill the 24 they kept telling me the guy has the parcel they made me feel like a liar as I ahve said several times I don't have the parcel!!! Nobody apologized regarding that they dropped my products with a stranger. The last call I had no compensation nothing were provided I guess it's bacuse I used a voucher that they gave me I'm not valued enough as a customer. The last call she just said the courier guy will trave the parcel and he will call me I didn't make the the order by the courier guy I made it by Woolworths direct I would like to repost this wherever I can because I feel like this and never imagined this from a established company as Woolworths it's pathetic.I have ordered a credit card 2 months ago still not received it, the only people that actually helped me where flamingo square staff and the manager.I have stated several times I need the foundation as I need to travel to the UK and I have acne I just the that but j still felt like a liar.I asked them to send me the Nicholas person number but they don't even have that so I can call him since they just blame me.Untill this day I have nothing!I have read through alot of the reviews and it seem this is a regular thing the horrible service how is it possible that nothing can be done to wait so long for your parcel?It's the 6th of May way past a month and Woolworths South Africa seem not to care at all it's so pathetic.

I am exhausted of the customer service woolworths gives. They dont want to return my money through online services, they will let you know that they will call back you and they dont. I have been calling and getting sales contacting me with resolving my matter! I am highly disappointed with woolworths and they services with customers.
