Dis-Chem Pharmacy Preller Square - Bloemfontein

I exchanged a pair of slippers today and was helped very efficiently.

My mom and I was at Dischem today to get her prescription. The Pharmacist did not greet us, nor ask how he can help us. He was openly rude and we felt very insulted. I wish that the personnel at Dischem can realize that they are not doing the customers a favor by assisting or helping them, but that we are supporting them when we support their shop by buying there so they can keep their jobs and keep getting an income. He should be ashamed of his rude behavior. Neither me nor my family will ever support Preller Dischem again. I would rather drive to Northridge, the extra kilometers, for better and friendlier service.Another customer was standing next to me with her own prescription and the Assistant Pharmacist was attending to her. Dischem did not have the medication and she asked very calmly why they never have her pills in stock.... The lady, Assisting Pharmacist, turned to the Pharmacist, who was busy with our prescription and ROLLED her eyes!!!!I could not believe my eyes. Where is your compassion for sick people and where is your Customer Service????

Always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need especially the dispensary.

Normally I get good service however the first time I need them to deliver.....pathetic!! Left message on the answering machine on Saturday 15th for them to deliver Oximeter as I have COVID-19, phoned again Monday 17th,Asked if I should collect, but I was assured they would deliver. Needless to say.........still waiting.

Very rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful at the pharmacy. If you consider making use of their service think again. My advice: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COST!!!!!!

No social distancing is enforced at this Dischem. Employees and manager are very unhelpful when it comes to any problems. A case where someone was physically assaulted in the store the manager says there is nothing he can do. Very poor performing store in terms of client service and experience.

Caroline from the cosmetics department is a fabulous woman & employee. She is extremely helpful and professional. She went far & beyond to help me find a lipstick which was discontinued.She also has excellent product knowledge and knows exactly which skin product to recommend.She is always ready to assist with a lovely attitude. Her customer service is excellent. She will make it far in life.

Great facility but the staff are not keen to assist at all...They seem very preoccupied with sorting and pushing shelves

The miserable guy behind the self med counter really annoyed with his idiotic look and manners..I put my stuff back and went to clicks.MUCH BETTER.I walkout with a smile
