Had my new Amarok there for a Windscreen replacement, and they scratched my dash extremely bad! The manager said they are sorry, well sorry does not fix my scratched dash, and every time I drive the vehicle I see this ugly scratches... It is unacceptable and will need to be fixed! Your Technician should be held responsible for this, as you damaged my property. Where is your workmanship and pride in your work? This is unacceptable. You will fix my vehicle.

We made payment for the manufacture and installation of aluminium windows and doors worth almost R50000 at Kuruman Glasfit. This was month end October. Were told it would take 3 weeks but it is now 5 January and they still cannot conform when our things will be installed. We have been given excuse after excuse- from load shedding, to a break in & even their staff having covid, all the time when we enquire, they dont even have the decency to inform us first. We are building a house and without windows, everything is at a halt. This is ridiculous service especially for such high cost items. Please review this shop and its staff- I for one will never do business with them again.
