Bad service. Rude Lady. Not prepared to help AT ALL. WE ONLY WANTED 2KGS OF DRY ICE. DIDNT ANSWER OUR EMAILS OR MESSAGE. SO DISGUSTED!!!!!!IS IT BECAUSE I DIDNT SPEAK AFRIKAANS TO HER OR WHAT. UNWILLING TO HELP AT ALL. REALLY BAAAAD!!!!!!!WHATS MATTER WITH YOU AWFUL PERSON........
