WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!On Saturday 18 February 2023, I made the biggest mistake of my life by visiting this store! I needed to get my rim repaired and replace two front tires as I had hit a nasty pot hole. I spoke to a man named ELTON who gave me his word that they would have my car ready by Monday 20 February 2023 at 10 am sharp, so that I could get to work. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a nightmare!I trusted ELTON and agreed to leave the bent rim with them on Saturday so that they could send it to a third-party service provider for repairs. They sent me a quote on WhatsApp as their printers were not working. Looking back now, that should have been my red flag not to do any business with them!Come Monday, I called at 8 am to confirm that everything was still on track. ELTON confirmed that everything was on track, and I showed up at 10 am sharp as agreed. To my utter shock, the bent rim had a new tire, and they had run out of my size tires" for the other rim. They asked me to wait as one of their drivers was on the way with my other tire. I waited until 2 pm for the driver to arrive until I got impatient and offered to pay for the rim that was repaired and the one tire that was replaced. But they had the audacity to REFUSE and told me to come back at 4 pm after loadshedding
