Team Ramos offer excellent service in both sales and rentals.We have sold and purchased property using Team Ramos and are presently renting out an apartment with them. A friend of ours from overseas recently contacted Roger Ramos upon our recommendation during the Christmas holidays inquiring about purchasing an apartment. Roger was most helpful supplying our friend with necessary information concerning such purchases by non-residents. He also showed our friend different apartments on different days during the holidays. Our friend has purchased an apartment from Roger and is most satisfied with the service.

From day 1 this agency disappointed me. I had to constantly adapt to the agent's schedule and drive 2 hours to and fro to suit her. She is never available and replies only a day after contact. After offering to pay the whole rental contract upfront, ie no risk to them or owner, she strung us along for a long time only to let us know they will go with another applicant. This is absurd and the worst customer service ever. I even gave them an opportunity to sell me a unit, which they just declined. Does not seem to be looking for business? I will be buying through another agency.
