Matie Copy Shop

Very friendly, respectful and helpful staff, but the computers are unreliable if you’re running against a deadline. It takes 15-30 minutes to login and the computer is still slow to start up and respond afterwards. Because of this, there’s a delayed waiting line on a busy day. Spent around 2 hours in the shop just to get 2 pages printed. For students, it’s best to have your desired prints loaded and ready on your student card and use the shop’s printing machines directly instead of first loading what you want to print onto your student card via the shop’s computers. I’d give 5 stars for the staff, but 2 stars for tech.

Absurdly expensive but very sweet staff and a great store overall.

Horrible horrible service. Took months to arrange a tshirt commision. Designer took a month to respond. Communication did not progress unless prompted and the excuse of being overwhelmed does not suffice. If you are the sole provider of an entire universities merchandise, prepare for the service

Sadly, I had a very bad experience here today. It is the local student centre print shop so I would expect friendly, helpful service from the staff, eager to engage with the customers, who are mostly students. Instead I was treated with disrespect, after a staff member flipped the recently printed pages after I politely said that it should have been printed in black and white. Its all but a silly printing error, no big deal- however after this experience I will be avoiding the Matie Copy Shop like the plague. The staff don't engage, and do not look you in the eye, in fact, I would say they just out right ignore you until you try to get their attention after 5 or more attempts. Really left a sour taste in my mouth like milk.

Matie copy shop is open from Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and public holidays. Working hours 8am to 4.30pm. They offer printing, photocopying, scanning services and printing merch. Allowed to use student card or cash;)

Give 20 minutes leeway on the closing time. I got there to print within their open hours to find out they like to close up and leave early.

The computers for a copy shop are so slow. It took me a half an hour to log in and out. The staff also have a very unconcerning and slow to help attitude.
