Takealot Pickup Point Retreat

Some times quite busy, but fast and effice service.

I ordered a tray of Ciders for delivery on 31st December 2022. I got a message as per norm with takealot product is on its way. Driver arrives at my complex security notifies me of visitor. I authorize visitor to come in. After a long wait. I'm told by takealot via sms i received my product. All of which is FALSE information. I logged a complaint and received only messages of good faith that they handling the matter it's under investigation. However I only get this feeling they waiting for the 7 day period to lapse for them to tell me there's nothing they can do. I do not trust this company. I received a R70 goodwill voucher wilhich doesn't suffice for the money' I lost . You guys owe me over R300 +And I want my money. Either someone has stolen this item at your depot or your driver is involved but investigating this matter at my expense is unfair. I WANT MY MONEY. I will escalate this matter even further after this

The staff not attentive, chatting to each other while assisting you. This lead to more than one incorrect pickup. Not too friendly either.

I'm not sure what's worse... Having delivery items rescheduled on the day of scheduled delivery" or "receiving an sms that items you logged to return at the pickup/drop off point are now rescheduled for collection as you're waiting at the front desk" or "the attitudes of the staff " - Great products available online

Delivery side person not at work today. Ashley tried covering for him.goods supposedly to be deliver at home yesterday. My goods are there at branch. I visited branch. I cannot have them. Useless.

Takelot is disappointing....Made recent order with a few items. Delays ensured that my one order has 3 pick up days... not impressed. The 3 stars are for the retreat staff though, always polite

Awesome service every time! The team knows their job and always ready to help. In and out in five minutes! Keep up the good service guys!

When I picked up my parcel it was all in order and I am very glad to receive my item

Easy location and no long queues. The only issue was that the gentleman at the collection office found it difficult to retrieve a parcel using collection code rather than bar code.

Helpful and friendly assistant at the counter. I was in and out with my package in less than a minute.
