A very organised team in terms of meetings, sign up process and ad set up. They were accommodating in the process with a delay from my side waiting an additional 5 days before starting the project, thank you so much for that. Rating overall for the Facebook Ads they ran:- Copywriting: 4/5- Ads Management: 5/5 ( Clear indication when changes are made, structured them very well )- Lead Gen Ads: 5/5 ( I received more than I thought I would and had to stop the ads as we couldn't nurture them fast enough )- Conversion Ads: 2/5 ( The cost was to high from the beginning and had less traffic coming in, as discussed our business model works with clicks so it took a bit too long to change. As for the sales the previous month I made 17 sales but had 0 with the campaign they set up which was not as expected since the lead gen was doing well. )The last thing I would have liked a bit more is ads control/info" from them in terms of making stronger suggestions to what works and not as I had many suggestions and it felt like they went along with them and just gave brief explanations and not really other ideas that would work.Thanks!"

I unfortunately I had a bad experience working with this company. Understandably, no one is perfect and mistakes do happen - however I paid for particular services that maybe the team should have forwarded me on to a tech support company instead as I feel maybe the work was out of their depths.Unfortunately they still took my money and I landed up worse off than I started. After a team member’s Facebook was hacked and as a result so was mine (as she was assigned an admin) they went on to tell me that that had spent too much time on my profile and nothing more could be done for me. None the less I paid for something that was never completed.I would not recommend them for any tech support services as I don’t think this is their strong point.

Digital Briefcase designed logo’s and signage for my business. I was more than satisfied with the logos that I designed step by step together with one of their finest graphic designers. However, I rate them 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact that I followed their recommendation and appointed Paul’s Signs & Graphics to bring the new logos and exterior signage to life. What a disaster. It is January 2020 and I’m still waiting.
