Not a professional establishment at all.Had a issue with my fridge, they came out to assess, they replaced a few minor components, made me pay for it allthough it did not work, they then had me pay for a aditional repair up front, which they couldnt get right, they ended up getting LG to solve the problem, which I had to pay the difference as the new owner did not have the funds to pay them, I have waited since December for my refund.

Took my washing machine in to these guys and they straight away knew what the problem was based on my description. Efficient, same day service. Only very slight inconvenience is that the do not accept card payments, only cash or eft. Great job done though and haven't had a moments trouble with my matching since.

The pits for service and absolutely useless at repairs. Cost me over R5000.00 for a washing machine repair that they messed up so badly I had to spend a further R3500.00 to have their shoddy workmanship corrected by a proper repair service center. Under no circumstances recommended.
