My daughter (2.5yrs) has lots of fun at Be up, however there are to many kids in the play area at once (35 kids at the time we got there on Saturday 29/04/23), with ONLY ONE staff member to supervise theses kids.Parents unfortunately can only watch from a distance if you do not purchase socks.4 stars for the fun my daughter has, 2 stars for the lack of supervision from staff.

Great place to spend a morning with the little ones, there is something for everyone. Amazing play area spanning three stories, for those a little more adventurous, be UP offers climbing walls, suspended obstacle courses, trampoline play area, and great coffee for the parents.

I took my 19 month old son there and he had so much fun. I do feel like if he were a little older he would have even more fun as the big kids section is amazing! the cafe overlooking the entire play area is a bonus so i could sip on my coffee while my toddler played under the supervision of the the workers.

What a wonderful place!!! I would like to see something like this for adults though. Loads of fun for the kids. The timing schedules are very well sorted and the staff are brilliant, vibrant and so caring and engaging for the kids. Definitely going there again. The coffee shop upstairs is well priced and gives a fantastic view all round of the entire venue. Brilliant coffee, donuts and snacks!! And the kids love the slushies. Online services, wheel chair access, self service and an incredibly welcoming front desk!!! 10stars it I could.

Had my daughter’s birthday at be.UP Park today, what super neat well maintained place. The staff was so accommodating and Tev our “personal” host was amazing. Their food was outstanding and extremely delicious. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work be.UP Team!

Very helpful staff in the play area. Had one staff member try grab my daughter because she was not allowed to go into the trampoline area (was not happy with the way he handled this, he was not friendly and didnt want ro answer any questions i asked him). Aside from that very nice place they should have more staff on the kids play area as we saw only one helpful lady. This meant she could only monitor from one end and a small kid fell down the slide cause their folks couldn't go with her. So unless they offer perant support special prices they need more staff to help the kids get the most from the hour.

I had my son's 7th Birthday here and from the initial inquiry which Aakifah answered all my questions promptly and anything she didn't know she got back to exactly when she said. Day of party we were welcomed by such great staff. Our party host Shabbeer was excellent kept me updated with all the necessary times of certain things that were to take place. And was wonderful with the kids. The best part is the kids had. A blast and I did not have to clean up after. We have a big family and kids are ranging from babies to teenagers so this place is ideal as it allows everyone to have a great time.

Nice place for kids. Very very Friendly staff. Not a big menu for food but they have Paninis and Pizza.Kids loved it even though one section has a height limit (totally fair and understandable) and baby could not join Boeta but awesome place to keep kids busy.My eldest son is very energetic and the staff overlooking the kids helped him to backflips and things. He loved it.

Really cool place! Love coming here as it is not too big and also allows for visibility of your little ones at all times. Nice cafe upstairs with a good menu and coffee. The staff are on top of their game so parents need not worry to run after their little ones all the time.

Our first time visiting this amazing place. The staff are unbelievable. So friendly,helpful and professional. I must say they made the experience magical for my little one. We will definitely be visiting again. I highly recommend!!!
