The premises are quite visible and neat. The people are courteous and friendly. However what happens on the floor itself is a comedy of errors. I booked in my vehicle to have all four shocks replaced–some additional work had to be done upon assessment. I left my vehicle with the team at just after 8am and went to fetch it at 1pm that day as per communication from the technician and manager. Upon arrival, I had to wait a further hour and half till my vehicle was ready.Upon my observation, I noticed that the technicians were spread thin working between vehicles and a lack of focus and quality control. I barely drove 100m and I discovered that a shock absorber was loose and had not been secured. I also found that the steering wheel was not aligned.Not being very happy with the quality control, I had asked the manager if he sight of all the checks and quality controls before asked to pay the invoice before having my keys handed back to me. Further to that, the POS device machine did not work and that added to the frustrating experience.The owner would benefit immensely if (1) he was actually on the premises to see what is happening and (2) were to review the current quality control and make changes so that customers do not have to be inconveniences and suffer poor workmanship.Even though I would like to give this business and the services they offer some benefit of the doubt, I don't believe things will change to the customer's advantage.
