My mk1 DGG box gave up the ghost over the December holidays. I gave SFS a call they sorted me out with a replacement box while being closed for this period.However the box had a leaking input shaft seal which messed up my clutch and a whining second gear.Without hassle they replaced the box and my clutch on the house. My customer experience with them has been of the best, no issues, no excuses, on time delivery and profesional service.

Highly recommended ! These guys are absolute professionals. Mo always seemed willing to help whenever I called him. I had a little issue after they changed my gearbox, I just messaged Mo, he then called me back and set up time for the check up. Then I dealt with Muwaffaq in person, this man was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. Their prices are also reasonable!

I am truely impressed with these guys; the owner came to my house to inspect and they were very professional and diagnosed my car to its exact issue. I like to get second opinions so i tried a few other places (also VW specialists), some even bigger enterprises than them and everyone had a different opinion. I was very hesititant to spend and decided to go to VW instead. Their diagnosis was exactly as vw and was totally right!!! They quoted me a fraction of what VW did and did it in 1day (VW quoted me 6days). Really happy with these guys! My car drives like the day i bought it! Will be a client for life. Big thanks to the owner for hes great one on one customer service.
