I'm so much much disappointed in what the once was state of the art Phola community hall has become. The facility has dilapidated in the watch of the community and it's leaders. Glencore's money has gone down the drain on this one.I'm still to engage with the Emalahleni Local Municipality to establish the real reason behind this. Furthermore, the town planner needs to be put to task to work on the entire city of Emalahleni, most townships in the coal city has one entry and exit point if not two.
