Excellent Quality. I liked the ease of the online editor and the prints were great quality. The magnets are a great attraction on my fridge! Will definitely use the service again. The customer service are also very helpful. Mike talked me through the process when I needed clarification.

Very good service, fast and efficient. Friendly. The website we are using to do the layout of the book, needed a few extra editing functions, but overall its fantastic.

Ordered a photo book.. I was impressed. From the freedom to design it myself ( very personal touch) on the website. I was able to go back multiple times to edit and redo it and all updates saved to my account. Quick turn around time and updates once money was received about when to expect order. The discount for my first purchase here was a nice touch. Without the discount still relatively cheaper than most in the market. I will going back for more photo books for friends such a cute gift idea.

Great quility! Great price! Great packaging with the delivery. We are used to standing for days at those silly kiosks in a photo shop trying to select/edit our photos. Now we can do it from the comfort of our home! It's just a pity we don't have another 10% discount because we want to order a lot more! :D

On black Friday I had bought items for the value of + R600 beacause they had a 40%discount and I love their work and customer service.I paid for the item via online then I kept getting messages that my order wasn't paid for n that I need to pay for order so I thought maybe they payment didn't go through so I went n I paid for the order via eft.Only to find out that the order was duplicated and two set of the exact same thing was sent to me.When I phoned and checkedThey said I had placed the orders However I had only placed one order and their system had given two order numbers. When they checked again it was a few minutes of each other the order. I was told that sometimes if you press the back button it duplicates the order. I was unaware of this.However I paid 2nd time without checking that the order number was different.The funny thing it the day I phned and said I checked my bank account and saw that the was two payments to them the very next day they 2nd set of of the same order was sent to me.It was not even my fault and I had just paid cause I knew I had only one order placed.Everyone looks for a good black Fri special and this one just costed me more.I took order to Johannesburg to speak to the in person which I had told them I will do during they December period. But when I get there I find out that they where closed and that they where opening when I will be back in durban.I called them on many occasions and asked them to take the items back and refund me or even just give me a store credit. They refused their option was tha they will give me discount on a purchase that I make before end of February which doesn't help me it just puts me in more expenses.Very very disappointed with them.Because they have always given me such great service and great quality

I cannot say enough about Mike Huntly or the Rapid Studio team. Coming to SA from America, I've found it difficult to find the quality of photo book production, but Rapid Studio lives up to it's name! High-quality production with the best customer service you could ask for and reliable trackable delivery (even out in rural Boggomsbaai where I live!)My mother-in-law saw an ad in a magazine for Rapid Studio's custom-made ornaments. She wants to make a Christmas tree showing all 4 generations of our family. Needless to say, my photos just don't do it justice. These ornaments are STUNNING and will be with our family for generations to come.THANK YOU Rapid Studio! Can't wait to place our next order!!!

This is an extremely long overdue review, considering I have been using Rapid Studio for a few years now. Their service is absolutely amazing, staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. I registered as a photographer with them and it was also such an easy process. Their print quality and colour on prints is the best I have found and I will continue to use their services for years to come.

I love rapidstudio! I have made a photo book every year for the last few years with them. I do the A4 paperback one which is great value. I recently made a calender for fathers day and its great too. System is easy to use and delivery is quick.
