Always a good stop for the engineering guys and contractors to buy supplies. Prices are ok but do ask for better prices as some items can be overpriced...Some off the counter sales lady just need to smile a bit...looks like a female grave yard...

Excellent service by Darryl, friendly service as well as from the other staff. Keep up the good work. I have been purchasing steel for many years from steel pipes. Steel pipes have grown much since ten years back with there fast turn around time on laser cutting and feedback on quotations.

Their stock holding is very good and if they do not have what you are looking for, just ask and they will get it for you. Mistakes do happen (after all they are only human) but gets dealt with professionally

Took the salesman 1min to send me and invoice, I rushed home to pay and expected delivery the following day to send it off with my foreman to Kenton on Sea. I phoned 5 times and the salesman still did not phone me back after leaving messages. Got put through to the guy in charge of deliveries that also could not tell me if my steel was on the trucks in Uitenhage and if it would arrive in Despatch today. Needless to say my building team will not get the steel in time and a team of six people will be on site tomorrow which is a public holiday to work without profiles. After sales service pathetic
