Laugh Learn Ferndale

This preschool is just pushing numbers to the point of moving from 1month notice contact to 3months notice if you want to remove your child. They have a timer on they contact so you don't keep a copy, so only LaughLearn word matters. They is very poor communication, you will not be called about your child but you will get a emailed about school fees. The teacher cannot do anything or say anything unless head office has told them. My child had been off school for a week, I had to email head office for the teacher to whatsapp oh head office called how is your child" in a class of 7kids. My child is shy and tiny

Most wonderful preschool in the area.They have a fantastic curriculum with a huge variety of extras all included in the school fees (which are very very reasonable for what they offer).Parents are kept in the loop and constantly communicated with regarding our kid's progress and we get 2 daily breakdowns of activities done, food eaten, nap times and anything else worth mentioning.Teachers are amazing and so full of love! My shy youngest child very happily goes to every teacher each morning and both kids return home with a smile on their faces.I can definitely see the progress in my children's development.10/10 will always recommend Laugh Learn Ferndale to any parent searching for the perfect preschool.

Great school with great teachers.

Laugh Learn Ferndale is such an amazing school. The teachers really do show their love and care for the children.My 8 month old baby girl really enjoys being at school and the time and dedication the teachers put in to make it a fun and enjoyable environment really does go a long way.

My experience has been positive. When my daughter was 4 months old when I enrolled her in this school. She is now 16 months old. The teachers at Laugh and Learn are kind and patient, the preschool's teaching is on point. Lehumo is currently attempting to count ABC. She can count from 1 to 10 which is amazing. I really value the updates about her day that we receive in the mornings and afternoons and pictures of her doing an activity.

I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone, apart from your kid just being a number, the teachers are full of pretense. My son was bullied for months and they didn’t protect him or did anything about it.The last incident was that my son got cut on his forehead with a piece of glass from another child in the school and still, the teachers didn’t care or did anything about it -not even a follow up to find out how my son was doing.I’m so glad we pulled him out of here.

I would never recommend this pre school to anyone because of the following reasons-Your child attending this school is just a number no one cares, be it the teachers or Managementt. If you report an incident no one will provide any feedback-if you try to remove your child from the school they will make your life and of the child hell
