0 Star if it was possible. Worst courier service ever! I wish I had the opportunity to choose a different courier when ordering shein! No phone call at all, but it's a failed delivery?? Tried calling the number provided, holding on for an hour and 20 minutes, and still nothing. It's much easier to say a person is unavailable than trying to actually do the delivery. Your customer service sucks! Incompetent if you ask me!

I'm referring to this parcel BUFZA5030949129YQ, I was informed that 4 items missing and was told by Future that I can request a refund from SHEIN. SHEIN doesn't want to refund me for the missing items as they say the parcel was in order when it left them. So who is going to be accountable for this now?? You can CLEARLY see that the packaging was only ripped at the top, and not damaged anywhere else! Someone clearly tampered with it and removed items!!! I have spent close to 2 hours this week calling Buffalo Logistics, trying to get them to respond. IF I'm lucky enough that someone actually answers the phone. I'm kept on hold for 12-20min!!

If I could give this company 0/5 stars, I would.I have been waiting for my package for 5 days and keep getting feedback that my number is undialable. The same number everyone is able to get ahold of me on. The same number that I receive SMS's from Buffalo stating I am unreachable.The call center is even more pathetic. Unhelpful. Rude. A waste of time. After failing to deliver my package for 4 days, they then said they will try delivering again at a cost to me. I would rather go collect the package myself at this point. I will never use this company again

I’ve never had a problem with Buffalo until my recent order. I ordered on the 25th of May ‘23 and June is almost over. I’ve only received 1 communication update about the delay in logistics and since then, nothing. Terrible communication and I have emailed and they blocked me. I’m honestly fed up, all we need is communication about our parcels. When we pay customs tax we pay asap, yet they can’t even send us updates about our parcels. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I still don’t know when my parcel will be dispatched.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They are useless. Still waiting (3 weeks now), no one can help me, tried speaking to the manager - unreachable. My package has been at the warehouse in South Africa for the past 3 weeks. I've called over and over again but all they can tell me is to wait for feedback. I've been waiting for feedback for 2 weeks now when they told me it would take no more than 48 hours... and still nothing... I keep calling but I am no closer to getting my package. No one can tell me what's going on. This is ridiculous. Absolutely useless.

I read all the bad reviews but still chose to use their service as really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But it turns out buffalo logistics only hires incompetent staffs. I spoke to several of them, one was incredibly rude, the rest doesnt know what the eff they doing. This company will make so many excuses to deliver your parcels. Their excuse this time was error on the system" pathetic."

Worst logistics company to ever exist. I have been messed over twice by them in resection, one after the other. Their customer service is terrible, they don’t help you whatsoever. It’s unfortunate that good companies like shein use them because Buffalo will be the sole reason I don’t ever order from shein again. If I could rate it zero stars I would, they’ve done nothing but steal money from me for import tariffs of packages I haven’t even received. Please stay away from them!
