They don't deserve a star. Appointment made 3 days ago with David. Got there just to be told they don't have time to install the parr. David is rude and arrogant and know nothing about client relationships. Will not take any of my vehickes there. My brother is also still waiting for David to call him regarding outstanding problems. I took my car just around the corner to my mechanic and the part was installed within a half an hour.

Good service waited a bit longer for my vehicle but all OK. However having my vehicle now a few months after I find things to be wrong. I was promised one thing and given lower substandard workmanship like my rubberislzing now coming off. My tailgate does not close properly. I've been back numerous times for assistance they promise to get back to you and never do. Not happy

The staff is very professional and friendly, the assessment and repair of my vehicle was done very quickly, all in all it was about a week and a half from assessment to finished repairs. I was regularly updated on the status of my repairs from the day that I dropped my vehicle off right up to the day that they finished with everything. My windscreen was also damaged, and they were kind enough to let Glassfit replace the windscreen at their premises (Brooklyn Motor Lab) so that I would pick up a completely finished car and not have to drop it off at another service provider after repairs.

Terrible customer service. They simply do not return calls. You as the customer has to phone them multiple times a day only to hear we will call you back but they never do.

My brand new car took 18 days to just repair a rear bumper and light. On arrival to fetch my car they had scratched the front bumper so bad. Anita the workshop manager told me I must arrange another two days for them to repair it. I refused and told them to fix it immediately. Their services is so bad and they never call you back or let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Worst experience ever! Stay away!!!!!

They repaired my husband's car after it was in an accident. It was very difficult to get a date when they will be finished. It took a month to repair the car. There is still one part they need to replace (we saw it after we got the car back). To get feedback on when they will do this is nearly impossible. The receptionists are very friendly and well trained to keep customers in the dark about the progress of their cars.
