The pavement outside the building on Voortrekker rd is littered with cigarette butts where people normally gather to smoke. The company should have designated smoking areas and make provision for cigarette receptacles.There is a pedestrian crossing right in front of the building but, employees just cross anywhere on the road even a few metres away from it and inbetween cars and traffic.

Unprofessional. Literally went for an interview which came out successfully, supposed to receive feedback on when to start training but I haven’t received any correspondence, tried calling the recruiter, email the recruiter and even went to the office and no response. Such a big company but lack of professionalism and communication

A very horrible company and one of the worst out there.No work-life balance, no job security/advancement, useless management, no job culture, favoritism, double standards, no social life, inhumane treatment, workplace oppression. This sums up this disgusting company. They'd take zero stars rating if it was an option. Avoid and stay far away from here.

I did an interview with the recruiter at capita Maitland and was supposed to receive feedback atleast within the first two weeks and Noone has contacted me back yet, it's been a month. I called the recruiter and even emailed and got no responses back. I called the company telephone number and Noone picked up. Why the unprofessionalism.?.
