Chris and his team did a downpipe on my car. The downpipe flange was not straight. The turbo bolts connecting to the dp flange was not straight causing exhaust leak(a very bad sound on boost). After notifying them that the exhaust is leaking, they were adamant that my turbo or pistons are causing that sound. I got it fixed at my own cost(new casket en bolts were needed and straightening of dp flange ) . They don't want to reimburse me or help with the extra cost. I will definitely seek help from the rmi organization then ombudsman.
