Really incredible service by Mike and Karen down here. Really helpful even with a smaller budget for an engagement ring and just really kind and genuine people. Thank you for making the experience so fun :)

Excellent job and service, totally recommended!After looking around in different jewelers, Mike understood what I wanted, and gave me his suggestions in order to have the best result, really happy with it!

I was surprised at the price to have a silver chain link fixed and I was told it would be fixed in 3/4 days. I called them a week and a half later to find out it was fixed and ready. When I asked why I hadn't been contacted they blamed staff shortages, it takes nothing more than 30 seconds to make a call... I won't be back. Only plus was the chain was very clean and shiny or they would have got 1 star.

Mike was so helpful with my 3 Swiss brand watches, took the time to investigate and gave me best advice. They have a beautiful selection of bespoke jewellery so I’ll certainly be back!

One of the most disappointing experiences.I had a brand new, custom made ring (bought online, limited edition) that just needed to come down a size. I made it very clear I wasn't sure how much it had to come down and that I wasn't in a rush and was happy to pay. The ring also had some basic engraving on the inside and outside, with a decent gap in between (blank bits with no engraving). I made sure on the phone and then in person when I got there that the 3mm gap was enough to take it down a size, apparently no drama! Got the ring back the first time, it was too tight but worse, they had wiped out the engraving from the inside of the ring, not even completely smoothly gone, like 90% smeared gone. I took it back to go up a bit and have the engraving redone, again said no rush

I was so thrilled with the service, workmanship and sunny approach from the team at Victoria Jeweller. I fronted up with a tricky request to make me a ring right before Christmas and they delivered a beautiful result just in time to get it under the tree.

Mike has cheated on resizing my precious ring! He stretched it while he promised he does not practise this way and DENIES this upon collecting eventhough I have proof! This won't be the end of the story..... Don't trust this business!

The process from start to finish was so smooth. They keep you updated in the design process. If you’re looking for quality then Mike and Karen will definitely offer this. They will provide input in designs and use their knowledge - as to what will look best from a design perspective. Offer CDI designs so you get aj understanding of the design and ability to see the piece in the making. I enjoyed the design process and visually seeing the start to the finish product.. The staff are friendly and approachable. The array of jewellery even in the window is lovely. Their knowledge of stones and settings is amazing as they love what they do. Definitely worth a visit.I cannot wait to see my wedding bands.

Mike gives exceptional customer service. I am very glad I stumbled across him. I had a Beautiful ring made from his studio and his attention to detail was second to none. He was attentive, understanding and real, and he accommodated the many changes I made. Very happy customer and I’ll work with him again.
