Vision Insurance

Vision Insurance are definitely the most professional insurance company that I have dealt with in my 18 year as a retail pharmacy owner. My experience in the past was that you are fully insured, as long as you do not claim. Vision’s brokers are honest and would rather highlight beforehand where you are not covered, to ensure that you are never left disappointed in the unfortunate event when you have to claim. I also appreciate that Vision isn’t just a short term insurance broker, but that they can also look after the long term insurance portfolio’s of my staff and I as well as our company’s provident fund. The fact that Vision also offer clients an division that deals with the investment side of their portfolio makes them the perfect one stop solution for all my insurance needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Ferdi, Chrizelda and their team to any individual or company that have not received the service that they deserved elsewhere. Regards. Good service till the get it wrong, then they are so sorry but they can't do anything and it cost you money. Add another vehicle to my policy and did not check there work, as there are already 2 car on my policy, I excepted them to just check and see what my current excess is but no to much effort and the broker fee does not count for anything Now that I claim I must pay the high excess and they just pull there shoulder up. Though moving to a broker would give me less work but I was wrong,
