LG SERVICE CENTER (XecuTroniX)

They were offline unable to help with locating a part for a washing machine. Did not even phone the warehouse to check, not even the Manager Victor could help.Very poor service.

Pretty shocking to see the LG brand on this establishment. Filthy dirty place. They were on loadshedding so GREAT opportunity to sit back and do NOTHING. Surely basic computers can be powered to SERVICE LG customers but NO not our problem. Nice enough guys behind counter, and receptionist downstairs. So we waited for loadshedding to pass as previously I had phoned and poor service too, that's why we drove through. Waste of time they did not have the spares as LG Korea had discontinued. Filthy and broken toilet too. LG should insist on standards to people who represent the LG BRAND

So here's the thing: you get to 3 to speak to a consultant, you then get told input time over" !!!! This is LG

What great service !!I dropped my microwave off that wasn’t working and it was fixed in less than an hour even though it was a major repair.Affordable pricing and an even better service.Big ups to these guys… well done and keep it up.

The team were great and put the effort in so could I received my repaired phone before my trip! I did not get the technicians name but would like to thank him too! :)

Thank you Puleng @ Executronix. Excellent service from beginning to end. Ordered spare part for my LG Dishwasher. 3 working days, collected. How convenient and efficient. Still waiting for Hirsch's service and parts to come back to me from 3 weeks ago.

I do not question the quality of their service yet , however I feel they had exaggerated the extent of the repair work needed for my microwave oven...I have lodged a complaint and am awaiting their response.

absolute worst service I have ever received, the place itself has no proper parking, it is dirty and disgusting and when I walked through the door I was expecting poor service just by the loom if the place, but did not expect the service to be as bad as it was. my R3000 earphones literally pulled apart as I took it out of my ear as normal but they claim that the 24 month warrantee did not cover physical damage, told me the earphones dont pull apart which they clearly and accused me of pulling them out too hard. the manager was extra bad and would not listen at all raising her voice to peak over you, they said they can give me a quote to fix the earbuds but if I dont like the quote then I must pay a rejection fee. do not buy lg products as you will need to get them fixed here at this appalling place.
