They are very unprofessional. They installed a broken lock..then quoted on the price putting me under pressure to pay because they installed. Had to get another locksimth to replace the faulty lock they installe. They refused to come and replace the lockThey took advantage of the fact that I couldn't inspect the work done..because my shop is far from where I live.

They will note give you a price until after they have done the work so that you will have pay the ridiculous charge of whatever baseless amount they will charge.You will pay because they have already done the job, you can’t refuse.My advise is ask for a quote before they can do any kind of work.

The guys Bennie and Express Locksmith came out and re coded my alarm/immobilizer key fob. He was unable to do it properly as the car alarm went off and he just let it run for 3 minutes until it stopped. After that the car alarm no longer works. The car alarm was working properly before and is no longer working after.... He has now blamed it on the car alarm for being old, and not for his involvement and error in programming of the immobilizer and key fob, this was a mistake on the company's side. This shows a lack in skill and understanding. They are just chancers
