8 to 10 days to replace back bumper and fix door.Hindsight :. I should have refused to leave the car with them on their faint promise that it will be quicker.

Needed a replacement door handle sprayed, they were happy to take on such a small job and had it ready by the next day. Very neat and presentable workshop.

Took my car in after it tangled with a bollard, amazing service from the team. Quick, professional and they kept me up to date along the process and even got the car back earlier than expected! Would definitely use them again .

Very good communication as they regularly keep you updated on the status of your vehicle, the working area is neat and tidy and everyone knows what's to be done, all the staff is very friendly and helpful and very hands-on for a panel beating shop, they are always willing to assist and help out where they can and they are reliable, professional and trustworthy, thank you.

After 1 month they finally got the parts. Not their fault tbh. Now imagine the frustration after waiting a Month for you vehicle. Now the question is HOW long will the job take.... NO ONE can tell me. It's not even Major damage.. apparently another 7-10 workiing days. SERIOUSLY. WTF.

Always had good service from them. Just a pity that my last accident damaged car ended up being a write off but will definitely stick with them.

The workshop was chosen by my car insurance (Discovery).Positive: They communicate with you and keep you posted. The work was done to my 100% satisfaction.Negative: It took for them 2 month to get my parts. They couldn't tell me beforehand for how long they need my car, but only on the day I dropped off my car. The varnish smell was quite strong inside my car for many days. I had to bring my car 2 times in, because 1 part was delivered on time (but luckily it was a minute job).They don't accept credit card payment above R2,500 and ask you to do EFT, but they release only the car once the monies are reflected on their account. That means you need to do the payment early enough to make sure you get your car back.

The workmanship was okay but the overall handling of the vehicle was not okay. The indicator bulb was removed. The vehicle was not washed full of sanding dust. The interior ceiling part has black marks or stains. But they fixed the indicator bulb.
