I have just been at this garage to try pour petrol, I sent myself an Absa cashsend of R1500 went to the ATM to withdraw as soon as the withdrawal voucher & pin was punched in the white roller doors just closed without the ATM switching off. I tried to get help from the man who is working inside, got very dismissive & irritable when I tried to explain & ask questions if the atm closes. I am not happy with your service

Not sure if the owners of this service station are aware of the service the staff deliver.... Appalling....spent about R847 on petrol, manager only scans my V+ loyalty card for R400.... I would love the owners to co tact me as I suspect lots of bad going on here.....

Terrible service. Went to fill up and the lady struggled to open the latch to pour petrol. She asked the guys to help her and they replied with “get the people in the car to help you”. They refused to help the lady saying that their hands were too cold to help.The MEN in the morning shift are rude and useless. The lady really tried to help.Judging by the reviews, I would recommend avoiding this place by all means. Seems as though management doesn’t care either.

Convenience was the reason for my stop at this garage, I wouldn't recommend purchasing from the convenience store as it's more expensive on every item, even in comparison to other petrol stations, R48 for a 2L milk, crazy.... and I find you wait for assistance at the pumps too. Not a great experience overall.

You WILL ALWAYS wait for service.UPDATE: The Shell, is getting worse, poor service, non working pay points, beggars everywhere. 10/10 I will pull up, and leave within 10 minutes of waiting.UPDATE 25/10/20:STILL, the worst of the worst shells to ever exist. I wish someone burns it so they can build an Engen or even a BP ffs.

Very disrespectful staff that don’t help if you ask them simple questions. We asked where the bathrooms are and one of the staff members said, and I quote “You walk past me and you don’t greet, now you come back and ask where the bathrooms are, so you can’t use the bathrooms”
