Nadene, Bianca and Chantel are amazing.Admin/WhatsApp correspondence was less than satisfactory. Made a bookings over WhatsApp, it was not communicated to the staff, as a result we were only helped 30mins after our confirmed booking time.

I had my hair done by Stacey last week and she has burnt my hair so badly that I refuse to ever go back to Lush, I had to go to another salon and spend a fortune just to make it look presentable. Took me 4 years to grow my hair and now it is all gone just because of a un experience stylist. I will never recommend anyone to them again.

The worst place, pregnant nail technician throwing hissy fit whilst vaping in salon...drama, drama and gossip. If that's your thing great, I'll be looking for a more professional environment

Good looking space. Very happy with Chantelles work with straightening my very curly hair. Reason for the 3 star was that I found all the other staff including reception very unwelcoming. It's a pity.
