Quite franquelly if I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never in my life recieved such poor service. Working in an estate agency myself I know how things should be done. The rental services are phenomenally ill, we delt with 3 different agents for 1 property, calls with the manager and still it has been an absolute hassle dealing with these people. I would NOT recommend them if my life depended on it.I'd like to add, my partner contacted an agent multiple times who agreed to help with viewings. He proceeded to ignore all calls and messages while being online on watsapp. A week later I contacted the same agent who was full of promises over a phone call but then proceeded to not respond again. Contacting the manager they gave us a new agent. I arranged a viewing and did not hear from this agent until I called 30 minutes before our confirmed viewing that was confirmed one whole week prior. We then get told about 30 minutes before key handover (16:15)that there are outstanding forms that no one had sent or told us about for this specific estate. Payment issues then furthered the problem as information once again was not disclosed or on our signed contract. This lead to us sitting with the moving company waiting for the key handover at 16:45. The move did not happen and the extra costs to have the movers come back the next day were on us. Then once arriving the next morning the agents tell us they are looking for a cleaner as the place hasn't been cleaned. Arriving 10am ready to move in there is a cleaner still cleaning the flat who only cleansed the floor and left the pile of dirt in a bunch for us. No tabletops, cupboards, oven, washing machine, fridge etc cleaned. We are now happy in our new spot at last!!!!!! Just awaiting an inspection.

I’ve been a tenant with Chrissie for 5 years. My experience with her and Jonny was lovely. Any issues raised were dealt with promptly. I’m leaving SA for the US and would highly recommend Seeff Edenvale

He should be employee of the year!I was stressed and couldn’t find a place to stay to be closer to my new job.What an amazing service I received from Zandrich!He went all out to make sure that I was able to move in exactly on 1 May and he also made sure that it was cleaned.We need more agents that show compassion and effort just like Zandrich.I was blessed to have dealt with him.And I absolutely love my apartment! I rented an apartment from seeff edenvale in July 2020I moved out in April 2021.After many calls, conversations and emails to seeff rental agents and managers I only received a portion of my deposit in December 2021. It's now the end of February 2022 and I am still waiting for the balance of my deposit.While the rental agent seems very helpful over the phone I've been calling weekly and practically begging for the balance of my money.I will never rent from seeff again and I wish luck to anyone who decides to in the future
