Vangelis is someone to avoid - without a doubt. Screaming at a prospective tenant who is trying to have a reasonable discussion and then slamming the phone down is a bit much. So desperate for his commission he’ll break the rules and the law. A really awful experience. Hope he loses his licence. He doesn’t deserve to have one. Thank goodness there’s the EAAB and Rental Housing Tribunal to protect people against the likes of Vangelis Doucas. *Do not try rent with or from Vangelis.*
