Loved Having Sharon Ball properties manage the property we were renting as students. Mieke was amazing! Love her! Then as home owners, we used them years later to rent our our own property. And unfortunately it was just awful. Lies and poor property management from the get go. Sharon and Mieke are lovely, unfortunately Leigh managing the rental was not the same experience and never took responsibility for anything including being confronted with direct lies she had told to tenants. The photos taken of the property were absolutely awful as well. I literally had friends question if it was even the same house (they had been in the house). I hope they figure things out again, and smooth their processes, as they truly were incredible before this. And we wont be using them again or recommending them after this experience. The lease couldn't have ended soon enough. Was so sad to have this experience with them when my student days with them had been so wonderful.
