Interesting smaller museum about the young boy who was shot during the Soweto school uprising. Very moving story. The museum itself can be seen within 30 minutes or so. Note there are 'guides' outside the museum who will tell you about the events and ask for a tip.

This place gives you more insight about the soweto uprisings, you get to experience the turmoil that occurred in Soweto. There are pictures and videos that were taken as the events were happening. You get to relieve that era. There are also volunteering sight guides who will help you navigate the memorial outside the museum.

This was an incredibly moving experience. The exhibits were artistically and thoughtfully composed. The story is told through many people's perspectives, which gave me a robust overview and understanding of the event timeliness. This is a public treasure, and I highly recommend your visit!
