You know what, you threatening us, during a pandemic is beyond appalling. I am currently dependent on TERS UIF. Phone them to ask when we are receiving our payouts. You guys have no empathy for anyone, because you bunch are still earning an income. I only started working on the 1st of October with a huge pay cut of course, but you don't care. You only care about lining your pockets. Tsek!

I have had no issues with my debt going to the attorneys and I have had no issues with koegelenberg until today! I am fuming at their un professionalism. I had just forgotten n to make my payment this month as it had honestly slipped my mind. This morning I received a call for this late payment on my cell, Not knowing that they had called to my home phone first and had given out details about my account to someone else!Where is the confidential repor!? I don't care if it was my grandma, mother or sister who picked up! You DO NOT give out ANY info whatsoever!!! If it is not me you are speaking to then you put down the phone. I would like you to get hold of me ASAP because I now want someone else to handle my profile. Thanks

i have a bad experience with them as they cant event answer their phone and their staff changes now and then
