Amazing amazing amazing. The new BMW line coming is on point. Starting with the new 1 series. BMW has out done itself. Great looking vehicles and great performance. Its incredibly amazing.

I had a extremely bad experience with BMW Fountains & BMW SA. My car went for repairs three times in two months spending R60 000 in the process.After the last repair, I only drove the vehicle for less than 20km before I had another breakdown. This time around they wanted me to pay an additional R105 000 for repairs. This is insane.When I reports the issue to BMW SA, they did not investigate my complaint, instead they tried their outmost best to protect their brand and the dealership.

I've been a loyal customer for years. The only reason this has 3 stars are for the service personnel who work on the vehicles (this was initially 1 star), the motorplan is great. That's unfortunately where it ends for me, any compliments I always get a response but any complaints are simply ignored.This will be the last for me, while the vehicle service is exemplary, I'm tired of accepting poor customer service. Times are tough, things will change.
