Great work at reasonable prices. What more could you ask for. I’ve had 4 watches repaired or serviced here and every time the work was too notch and the bill was reasonable. A fifth is one the way next week.

OH MY LORD JESUS CHRIST. Never have I ever had such wonderful help and service in my life. Everything is so easy for them and they give such good advice. I'm so thrilled I found this place. Two of them were serving me!!! To be honest, sometimes....as a younger lady and I've even noticed with my mum, we both find some tradesmen etc are quite judgmental, you get a bit of a side eye or sceptical look from them. I've seen it so many times. Even with tradespeople I work close to, they think you know nothing. It was so great to be helped. They're there to do the work and charge you, but some people you get a whole attitude. This was just so lovely and so memorable. THANK YOU

Went in here today for a simple request, to loosen the back plate on my watch. Whilst the service man was accommodating, I was disappointed to see my new watch had now been damaged, as there were scuff marks and nicks around the grooves used to tighten and loosen it. I didn’t think it was that hard to take care and pride when handling nice watches.

Peter did a great job on my wife's Rolex, and the cost was very reasonable. Happy to take my Rolex in for a service and thoroughly recommend anyone wanting a service on their Rolex to go and see Timecraft, you will not be disappointed.

The person was very helpful and kind. He had reasonable charges for changing the battery of my watch in comparison to other watch repairers here in Albany. However, he did charge 10 dollar extra for additional small things which other watch shops may have done for free. Overall it was good and thank you.

I can’t rate this place more highly than 5 stars but if I could, I would. Peter is such a professional and skilled craftsman. I wouldn’t take any of our watches to anyone else. For services, repairs, batteries, pressure testing, restorations, he’s the guy!! He’s very approachable and listens to your needs and budget. Super impressed

Are you still going to shoe repair kiosks for watch repair? Go to Peter instead. Replaced battery and pins, very reasonable. Just be aware it closes at 3pm.

BEWARE! If you value your timepiece, do not have it repaired at TimeCraft.If I could give this business half a star I would.What I thought we be a simple repair of glass breakage on my brand new watch, turned out to be but that. The business did not get back to me on when or what work was being done on it. After weeks if not months of waiting I contacted them to find out. Customer service is out the window!It came back scratched, and not in working order the seconds hand freezes in one particular location and does not tell the correct time ever.Very poor workmanship. I did not complain to the ACCC. But if it happens to someone please take further action.I’m sorry for this poor review. But the truth needs to get out there.
