We went to purchase a microwave and there was no one available to help or assist on the floor. Finally someone came and we purchased the microwave and paid for it. The cashier wasn't friendly at all. We were not told what's next after paying so we waited for the lady that helped us on the floor who was now serving other customers. When she finally done she took our slip to go to the warehouse. Another wait and she came back with no microwave . We ended up canceling the order and asking for a refund. The cashier did not seem to care and there were customers who were still there when we arrived at the store. The service was pathetic. We were at the store more than 30 minutes.

The customer service was great and has all the right goods

Good selection but horrible service. 30min to get 2 wires straight from the shelf. Rather go to Fourways branch.

I went into the store because i saw the inverter being advertised and I wanted to make a purchase however nobody was in the store. Very strange experience.

Horrible service. Such a big shop and only one person on the floor, whilst other staff members were sitting at the back. Spend over 20 mins to get assistance. For anyone who is looking for a place to kill time, this is the place
