McAppliances is a real find. At last someone is offering really professional and excellent service, and is extremely helpful and honest. Fixed a problem we've been struggling with for ages, and previous repair person told us wasn't repairable.

Contacted Melvin to have our washing machine repaired. We arranged a time for assessment, he arrived on time and did an assessment, there after he explained what was wrong and what was needed to do the repair. When the part arrived he made contact to inform us the part arrived and asked for a convenient time and date to do the installation. He arrived on time, fixed the machine and waited for me to do a load in order to see if everything is in order. He is a very professional, knowledgeable and respectful man and we will definitely use his services again.

I was really impressed by the fantastic service we received from Melvin. I can highly recommend this company for prompt and efficient service and excellent communication - keeping in touch about the process of ordering and availability of parts before they came to repair our oven. Also very Covid conscious, wearing masks and bringing in their own sanitiser. I can highly recommend this company and will certainly call Melvin again with any appliance repairs we require.

Anyone looking for the services of a highly professional company should look no further than Mc Appliances. I found them on Google when we urgently needed the services of a technician to repair a fault on our refrigerator. Melvin said his assistant arrived within the time period that he had promised. They observed all Covid 19 protocols and quietly went about systemically analyzing the problem. Unfortunately the fault resurfaced some time after they had left. I sent Melvin a Whartsapp message to which he promptly replied. They came back the next day and by a process of elimination discovered that the control board was faulty and needed replacing. He called back later to inform me that that refrigerator control board had been discontinued. Then came a big surprise which I did not expect. They refunded the cost of the repairs. I really did not expect this. Such honesty is a rare commodity these days. I would recommend this company any time.

Melvin is a great service provider, and I'd definitely use his services again. He was responsive, precise, respectful and efficient.Moreover, he remained professional the entire time - he understood and was taking into consideration my hesitancy to have a new service provider in my home during COVID-19, he understood the in-and-outs of being respectful of my home by making sure he left everything clean and tidy, and once he left, I had no doubt that he would be my service provider should I ever need repairs again.I'd highly recommend him.
